VMI--Abbreviation for Vendor Managed Inventory, i.e."Vendor Managed Inventory."Specifically, VMI is a cooperative strategy that aims at obtaining the lowest cost for both users and suppliers, manages inventory under a common agreement, continuously monitors the implementation of the agreement and modifies the agreement content, so that inventory management can be continuously improved.
